HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge obstetrics and gynecology team offers you many services after your baby is born. This includes mom-baby rooms for bonding with your baby, photographers for making cherished memories and lactation experts for breastfeeding support.

Our postpartum services
We help you transition from childbirth to post-delivery care with services and amenities designed to enable your family to bond with their newest member.
Amenities provided in our postpartum unit
After labor and delivery, we will transfer you and your baby to a spacious mom-baby room. Our specially designed rooms help your and your family bond with your new little and features experienced postpartum nursing staff and medical professionals. They provide the support you need for recovery from childbirth, begin breastfeeding (if desired), learn the basics of newborn care and help you transition to home.
While you are in our mom-baby unit, you have access to the following:
- "At your request" meal service featuring chef-prepared meals delivered to your room
- Bella Baby Photography sessions
- Breastfeeding support from certified lactation consultants
- Complimentary "baby" Bundt cake
- Free internet access
Breastfeeding support
If you choose to breastfeed, our team supports you and your baby. We have certified lactation consultants available to help and counsel you during your stay.
We also offer free breastfeeding support meetings which you can sign up for on our calendar page. The team supports moms and babies from birth to eight weeks old. There is no cost to attend and drop-ins are welcome.

Newborn photography
If you take advantage of our photography service, your professional photoshoot will take place in the comfort of your hospital room. The photographers of Baby Bella Photography will take pictures of your baby and post the photos to a custom online slideshow for your viewing. Online viewing and ordering are available to anyone you choose to share your password for two weeks.
Pamper packages for mom and baby
Are you looking to pamper yourself or the new parents-to-be? We offer special packages to pamper moms and babies during their stay with us. You may purchase these packages at The Serenity Shoppe (on our campus or online), and we will make sure your gift is delivered while mom and baby are in the hospital.
The pamper mom package ($85-$88) includes the following:
- Comfy feet "combo"
- Designer birthing gown (or nursing pajamas)
- Lavender goat's milk lotion
- Lavender peppermint lip balm
- HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge tote bag
The pamper baby package ($50) includes:
- Baby gift box
- Baby starter kit (lotion, butt balm and wipes)
- Cuddly sleep sack
- HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge blanket
- HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge onesie
